Unable to Find Desired Rolex Watch in Turkey Despite Repeated Attempts
Since early 2022, I have been unable to find the Rolex watch model I want, despite being a loyal Rolex user. I previously purchased a Rolex in Italy earlier this year and heard that in countries like Switzerland, customers are told they can get the desired model within a year or so—and they actually deliver on this promise. However, in Turkey, it seems that watches are held by middlemen or given to select individuals.
I have visited Rolex stores in Next Level, Armada, and Panora multiple times. I even left my information at the Armada store over a year ago and have followed up regularly with Panora, but no progress has been made. It appears that those with connections or referrals are prioritized, while regular customers are left waiting indefinitely.
What steps do I need to take to secure the watch I want? Why is there no transparent process for customers like me? I plan to escalate this issue to Rolex headquarters as it reflects poorly on the brand's customer experience in Turkey. If I were in Switzerland or Italy, I feel confident I would already have the watch by now. This situation is deeply frustrating, and I urge Rolex to address it immediately.
