iRobot Roomba Combo j7+ Won’t Charge or Work
I purchased the iRobot Roomba Combo j7+ at the end of November, but within just 15 days, it stopped charging and wouldn’t function at all. I followed all troubleshooting steps recommended by the official service center, but the problem persisted.
To make matters worse, the customer service team was unhelpful and unprofessional. They promised to arrange a courier to pick up the faulty device, but no courier information was provided, and the product still hasn’t been collected.
I expect immediate action—either a replacement or a full refund. I shouldn’t have to chase down support for a product that failed within days. Resolve this issue now and take responsibility!
