Roblox Did Not Deliver My Robux After I Paid for Premium Through Microsoft Store

Although the payment for Roblox Premium has been made, I still haven’t received my Robux. I made the purchase through the Microsoft Store, but my refund request was rejected, and I didn’t receive the product. I even checked my billing history to confirm the payment, and everything appears to be in order. Despite this, nothing has been credited to my Roblox account. Even though the transaction was done via Microsoft, they are not offering any support. Roblox support is also practically non-existent and hasn’t helped me at all.
