I Bought 400 Robux on Roblox for ₺209 but Didn’t Receive Them
I am extremely upset and urgently need assistance with my Roblox purchase. I bought 400 Robux for ₺209, and there was a promotion offering an extra 100 Robux if you purchased through a PC. I entered my card information, completed the payment, and received confirmation — but the Robux never showed up in my account.
I waited, refreshed the page multiple times, and even logged out and back into my account, but still nothing. I paid real money, and I either want my Robux credited to my account or my ₺209 refunded immediately. This is incredibly frustrating and unfair to users who trust the platform.
I am asking Roblox to resolve this issue without further delay. Please don’t ignore this situation — I expect a quick and fair solution. I’m waiting for your urgent response!
