I Bought Robux but Didn’t Receive Them

I purchased Robux, and about 220₺ was withdrawn from my account, but when I check my Roblox balance, no Robux have been credited. Along with this issue, when I try to purchase Robux again, it shows a message saying, "You already own this item," even though I never received it.
This situation is extremely frustrating. I expect the Robux I paid for to be delivered promptly or a full refund issued. I kindly request Roblox support to resolve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention. I am waiting for a quick and fair solution.
