I Bought 500 Robux on Roblox, but I Got Nothing in Return

I purchased what should have been 500 Robux on Roblox, and at first it looked like the payment was declined. But then I checked my bank account and saw that ₺205.13 was successfully withdrawn. Despite the charge going through, no Robux were credited to my account.

I immediately reached out to Roblox Support, but all I’ve received are automated responses saying “We’re looking into it.” No one has actually addressed my case or offered a real solution. I feel completely ignored, even though I followed all the steps and provided proof of payment.

Roblox, I demand a clear and immediate resolution. Either credit the Robux to my account or refund the ₺205.13 you took. This is not how a platform with millions of users should handle payments. You’re leaving players in the dark with their money gone and nothing delivered.
