I purchased a Roborock Q7 Max from Media Markt less than a month ago, but it constantly bumps into things and gets stuck under furniture, like under the bed. Despite being new, it already looks like a year-old machine covered in scratches. My home isn’t cluttered, and the robot struggles to cross even a 3 cm threshold to enter the bathroom.
