We purchased a Roborock Dyad, and it has been malfunctioning since day one. I sent it to the service center, and they returned it, stating "filter not cleaned" without even properly inspecting it. The device didn’t even work for 3 seconds straight out of the box, and the filter was brand new, never used. I sent it back immediately, and this time they claimed that the motor was damaged due to improper filter cleaning. I have always maintained the filter properly, and when I asked how to prove it, they just laughed. How can such a malfunction be blamed on the user? Regardless, they refused to fix it and are now asking for around 10,000 ₺ for repairs. My message is clear: Roborock has no reliable authorized service, and the existing one disrespects customers’ integrity and concerns.
