I purchased the Roborock S8 around 6 months ago, and for the past 10 days, I’ve been dealing with an infuriating issue—water leakage. At first, it was just some minor dripping, but now the device completely drains the water tank on its own. I’ve tried reaching Roborock customer service for days with no success. I wait on hold for hours, only to either get disconnected or be asked for the serial number and then dropped from the call. The customer support is absolutely unacceptable. There’s no one to talk to, no guidance, and no resolution. When I looked at online reviews, I saw many others facing the same leaking issue and the same lack of support. This is clearly a widespread problem, and Roborock continues to ignore it. I demand immediate help. Either fix this malfunctioning unit or refund my ₺. A company that charges this much must stand behind its product.
