Roblox Two-Step Verification Asking for a 9-Digit Backup Code That Was Never Given to Me

I've been locked out of my Roblox account for two days because of a two-step verification issue. When I try to log in from my Android phone, the system asks for a 9-digit backup code — but I was never given one, and I have no idea what it is. As a result, I am completely blocked from accessing my account.
This account holds games I've spent a long time building and playing, and I also have over $40 in Robux and in-app purchases tied to it. Both my money and my time are now locked inside an account I can't get into. I do have full access to the email address linked to my account, yet I still have no way to log in through the system.
I am asking Roblox support to help me regain access to my account by carrying out the necessary checks and verification steps to get it reopened.
