Unable to Access Roblox Account Due to Missing Two-Step Verification Backup Code

I am unable to log into my Roblox account because it’s asking for a 9-digit two-step verification backup code. I don’t have this code, nor do I recall ever being provided with one. This issue has completely locked me out of my account, where I’ve spent significant time and effort playing games.

It’s incredibly frustrating that a single code I don’t have is preventing me from accessing everything I’ve worked on in Roblox. There should be an easier way to recover or bypass this code with proper verification.
