I don't have any details regarding the two-step verification (backup code) for my Roblox account. Whenever I attempt to access the game, it prompts me to enter a 9-digit verification code. Unfortunately, I do not possess a registered code. I am unable to access my account, which holds the games I have dedicated a significant amount of time and effort to. It can be quite frustrating when you're unable to access your account due to a code that is difficult to comprehend. I kindly request that Roblox address and resolve this matter. Thanks, Roblox.
