Roblox Two-Step Verification Blocking Login — Not Receiving Code

I haven’t been able to log into my Roblox account for three days because of two-step verification. Even though I enter my username and password correctly, it still asks me for a verification code — but since my account isn’t logged in on any other device, I can’t receive that code. Although I still have access to the email address on my account, I’m unable to log in.

I deposited money into my Roblox account, and right now I cannot access my remaining balance or my in-game items. I request that my account be securely verified through ID or any other required information so that I can regain access to my account and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
