Roblox Not Sending 2FA Codes After Phone Change

I haven’t been able to access my Roblox account for about 35 days. I play on a computer and was using two-step verification to protect my account. However, since I changed my phone, I can no longer receive verification codes, and I get a two-step authentication error every time I try to log in. The screen also shows the option to “trust this device for 30 days,” but since I cannot access the code, I’m unable to use that option as well.

I have spent around $47 USD on Robux and in-game purchases on this account. I requested help through Roblox Support, but I only received bot responses saying they couldn’t assist, and I still cannot access my account.

I request that my Roblox account be returned to me, that the two-step verification be reset or removed, and that I be given the necessary support to verify my identity through ID or email validation so I can prove that I am the rightful owner. I urgently ask for a solution, as I’ve been locked out of my account for a long time and have spent a significant amount of money on it.
