I Face a Roblox Login Lockout and Need Help Disabling 2FA to Restore My Account

I can no longer access my long-time personal Roblox account because of two-factor authentication (2FA). My account username is “wreacherp,” and I still have access to both the email address and the phone number I used when creating the account. I also have the purchase receipts for my past transactions, yet I still cannot log in.

Since I forgot the two-factor authentication codes, I’m locked out of my account and unable to access my in-game progress or the items I purchased. I contacted the Roblox support team about this issue, but I have not received any response so far.

I am asking Roblox to verify my identity and account information as needed, disable the two-factor authentication protection, and help me regain access to my “wreacherp” account.
