been using this app for like two years now, sent over a ton of cash, like more than 50 grand! everything went smoothly. outta nowhere, they hit me with this whole "verify your identity again" thing. I call them up, talk to this lady named M*** , needless to say, two whole days go by , still nothing. It's a mess. They promised things that never happened. Later, they shut down my account and cancel my transfers anyway! customer service stinks – both on the phone and through that chat thing.
