Follow the steps below to send documents for identity verification on Robinhood.
Via the mobile app, select "Take Photo Now" under Investing and follow the instructions to take a photo of your document. Alternatively, for PDF bank statements, download the most recent statement from your banking app or website, save it to your device, then tap "Upload PDF Statement" in the app and follow the instructions to submit.
If you are prompted to use the secure file portal, check your email for a link, enter your Case ID and email address, attach your file, and submit. Remember to respond to the confirmation email to begin the review process. If your document is unclear, you will receive suggestions for a successful submission.
