Blockchain.com Account Unverified After Failed BTC Transfer

In 2021, I attempted to transfer BTC from my own wallet using the Blockchain.com iOS app, but the transaction never went through. After reviewing the transaction details and TXID, I realized that the transfer was never initiated.

I contacted the Blockchain.com support team multiple times, providing screenshots and detailed explanations, and sent hundreds of emails. After a long time, the BTC was finally credited back to my account — however, my previously verified account was suddenly downgraded to unverified status.

Now, because my account is unverified, I am unable to use or transfer my BTC. Attempts to re-verify my account fail without any error message, and I only receive automated responses stating that my request is “under review.” Despite using the same device and app for four years, the issue remains unresolved, and no clear explanation has been provided.

I am requesting that my account be re-verified or that my BTC be sent to the wallet address I specify. I’ve been dealing with this problem for years and urgently need a permanent solution to this ongoing issue.
