League of Legends Account “knuckle31” Locked Out for 3 Days Despite Tickets Filed

For the past three days, I have been unable to log into my League of Legends account with the username “knuckle31” on PC. Each time I try to log in, I receive the error message: “Your login credentials do not match our system.”
I attempted multiple solutions, including password reset, but no recovery email is sent to my Gmail account even though I am certain the registered email address is correct. I also tried the account recovery option, which sometimes gave me a captcha error and other times redirected me to “Oops, submit a ticket.”
To resolve this, I opened three separate support tickets (#118091647, #118088135, and another one). However, despite the system promising a response “as soon as possible,” I have received no follow-up.
Additionally, this issue isn’t limited to one account. I am also unable to access two of my other accounts, which makes me think it may be a system error rather than a personal issue. I have not received any notification from Riot Games about account compromise, bans, or restrictions.
This account has been active since 2014, and I have invested around ₺5000 in in-game content. It has no bans or penalties. I live in Izmir, Turkey, and this is the first time I’ve faced such a problem.
I request that all my accounts be restored immediately and that Riot provide proper support, as I have been left without access despite following all the recommended steps.

They got back to me and resolved it, but reaching and communicating with the support team is a bit difficult. I would have expected a company that has become such a big brand to have a more effective, faster, and clearer solution center.
