I Report That I Cannot Log Into My League of Legends Account
On September 17, 2025, I tried to log into my League of Legends account “prensmarul” on the TR server. Even though I entered my correct username and password, I got the error message: “The information does not match our system.” Before this, I had always been able to log in without any issues.
My registered email is t**********@gmail.com, but I am not receiving any password reset emails from Riot Games. I also checked my spam folder, and there are no messages from Riot.
My account does not have any purchase history, and two-factor authentication was not enabled. Today I submitted a support ticket, but I have not received a reply yet.
I kindly request that a new password reset link be sent to my email address (t**********@gmail.com) so I can secure and access my account again.
