I Report Being Unable to Access My League of Legends Account for 3 Days

I have been playing League of Legends on PC, but for the last 3 days I have not been able to log into my account. Every time I try, I get the error message: “Your login credentials do not match our system.”

I already tried all solutions including password reset, but I still cannot access my account. When I attempt to reset my password, no email is sent to my Gmail address even though the email is correct.

To solve this, I submitted three different tickets (#118091647, #118088135, and another one). Each time I only receive a message saying “we will get back to you as soon as possible,” but I never get any real response. When I use the “recover account” option, sometimes I get a captcha error, and sometimes I see the error message “oops, send a ticket to contact us.”

My account has been active since 2014 and contains many paid contents, which makes it very valuable to me. I live in Izmir, and I am very frustrated that I cannot access it.

I request that my account issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I be given back access to my account.
