I Can’t Access My Valorant Account “bilinaka” Despite Multiple Tickets to Riot Support

Since August 16, 2025, I have been completely unable to access my Valorant account (username: “bilinaka”). Every time I try to log in, I get one of two messages: either “Oops, something went wrong” or “The credentials you entered don’t match any existing account.” I’ve tried logging in repeatedly from my computer using a stable internet connection, but the result is always the same—access denied.

I’ve opened three separate support tickets with Riot Games and provided all the relevant information about my account and payment history. However, the support team keeps saying my data isn’t sufficient because I don’t have a PayPal ID or RP card number. I responded with the same detailed info I originally submitted, including past purchases, but my account is still inaccessible.

I’ve spent about ₺2,500 on this account and used it for a long time. It is extremely frustrating to be locked out and told that my legitimate ownership can’t be verified due to missing a specific payment method. My most recent support case is: [Riot Games Player Support] Re: #116018291.
