League of Legends EUW Account Password Reset Emails Not Received for Over a Month

I have three League of Legends accounts linked to the same Riot account: TR, PBE, and EUW. Currently, I can log into both my TR and PBE accounts without any issues. However, I cannot access my EUW account because I forgot the password.

For the past 1–1.5 months, I have been requesting password reset emails, but nothing arrives in my inbox. I have checked my spam and all other folders multiple times. I even tried using a different email address, but I still did not receive any reset link.

I submitted a support ticket to Riot Games (Ticket no: 117164662). Their response only asked me to provide more account details, and when I did, they said my information was insufficient. No solution was offered, despite the fact that I clearly explained I can still access my other accounts (TR and PBE) under the same Riot account.

All I want is to receive the password reset email for my EUW account so I can regain access. I request that Riot Games resolve this technical issue immediately instead of repeatedly rejecting valid account information. Loyal players should not be locked out of their accounts for over a month due to a broken recovery system.
