I Have Been Unable to Access My League of Legends Accounts for Years!

I play League of Legends on mobile. For the past 7 months, I have been unable to log into my account “grandsheriff.” I play on the TR server. When I try to log in, I receive an error message saying, “Your username or password may be incorrect.” Despite trying password resets and all other possible solutions, I have not been able to access my account. During the login and password reset attempts, I do not receive any two-factor authentication codes or emails to my Gmail address. However, I am certain that both my password and email address are correct. Thinking the issue might be Gmail-related, I checked my spam folder and Gmail settings. I also contacted Google Support and confirmed that there is no issue with my email provider. After that, I reached out to Riot Games and submitted several tickets to resolve the problem. Although I received the message “We will get back to you as soon as possible” after submitting tickets, I have not received any response yet. Additionally, when I try to use the “Recover Account” option, I sometimes encounter a captcha error, and other times I see the message “Oops, send us a ticket to reach us.” There is no case of account theft either, since I have not received any notification or warning email from Riot Games regarding such an issue. My account has been active since 2011, and I have purchased content worth approximately 500₺. There are no penalties, bans, or restrictions on my account. I live in İzmit, and this is the first time I have experienced such a problem. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I regain access to all of my accounts.

I can share an email address for them to contact me. It's been several days and still no response.
