I have been happily using Rexona Clinical Protection products for years. But about seven months ago, I accidentally ordered Rexona Maximum Protection roll-on on Trendyol, because the packaging looked so similar. I bought a total of six and only recently started using them.
Even though the product claims 96-hour protection, not even one hour passes before my underarms appear wet and I notice a foul odor. Also, the formula doesn’t absorb — it leaves behind a greasy film on the skin. Every time I use it, I face the same issues, and I’m completely dissatisfied.
I received the products in Tatvan, Bitlis. I spent about 900–1,000 TL. I no longer have the order or invoice number. I demand to have these products exchanged, and that my grievance be remedied.
