I Smell Burning and Hear Weak Motor Noise with My Revlon One-Step Volumiser

I purchased the Revlon One-Step Volumiser on January 13, 2024, and had been using it regularly for about five months without any issues. However, on June 1, while using the device, I noticed the motor started running at a much lower volume than usual, and a burning smell began to come from the unit. Out of concern for safety, I immediately stopped using it.

Today, I gave it another try, hoping it was a one-time glitch, but the same symptoms occurred—weak motor noise and that same unpleasant burning odor. This clearly indicates a serious internal fault.

I emailed the Revlon after-sales support team twice but never received a response. I find it unacceptable that there’s no communication, especially for a well-known brand. I expect a proper resolution—whether it’s a full refund, a replacement device, or a repair covered under warranty.
