I Saw Smoke and Lost Power After Just 3 Uses with Revlon RVDR5222AE Hair Dryer Brush

I purchased the Revlon One Step Volumiser Hair Dryer and Styler – Apricot Color (model RVDR5222AE) through Trendyol from the Revlon Hair Tools Türkiye seller. After only three uses, the device suddenly started emitting smoke and completely stopped working. I wasn’t even using it for a long time—just normal drying and styling sessions. I was shocked and concerned for my safety, as this is not something you expect from a brand-name hair tool.

The most frustrating part is that I haven’t been able to find a single customer support representative to initiate a warranty claim or return. There is no visible customer service channel, no hotline, and no guidance on how to get the product repaired or replaced. I’m left with a defective product and no way to resolve it.
