I Smell Burning and Lose Power on My Revlon RVDR5222 One Step Volumizer After Few Uses

I bought the Revlon RVDR5222 One Step Volumizer hair styler from Trendyol with invoice number ABY2024000019136, dated February 28, 2024. I've only used this product about 4 times in total throughout the year, and I always stored it properly. However, during my most recent attempt to use it, the device suddenly emitted a burning smell and then stopped working entirely.

This is extremely disappointing, especially considering how lightly and rarely it’s been used. I didn’t expect such a well-known brand to fail this quickly. Given that the product is still under warranty, I urgently need assistance.

I request that Revlon or Trendyol honor the warranty, inspect the device, and either repair or replace it immediately. I rely on this tool for my routine, and I expect the company to stand behind the quality it promises. Please resolve this without delay.
