I Face Falling Bristles and Loose Teeth on My Revlon Blow Dryer After 10 Uses

I purchased the Revlon blow-dry hair styler, and although it’s still under its 1-year warranty, it started showing serious issues after just 10 uses. I used it carefully—first drying my hair, then sectioning and styling it—but suddenly, bristles began falling out, and the teeth of the brush started detaching completely from the head. This shouldn’t be happening with a brand like Revlon, especially on such light use.

Now I’m stuck with a defective hair tool, and I don’t know where to take it for repair or replacement in Izmir. There’s no clear information provided about service points or warranty coverage locations. I expected much better quality and support from an international brand.

I need Revlon to either repair or replace this product immediately under warranty and clearly inform me of the nearest authorized service center in Izmir. This issue has disrupted my routine, and I’m very disappointed with both the product durability and the lack of guidance. Please respond and resolve this as soon as possible.
