I Request a Refund for Revlon RVDR5292 Hair Dryer Due to Loud Noise and Misinformation
On September 23, 2024, I purchased the Revlon RVDR5292 Style Booster hair dryer (product no. 1236653) from Media Markt Ankara 1 – Optimum, along with a device protection plan (contract no. 00347.1194285). As soon as I got home, I opened the product to test it. During use, I was shocked by how loud the noise was—far louder than expected for a product like this. It was disruptive and uncomfortable.
When I compared the device features with what the sales representative had told me, I realized I had been misinformed during the sale. I returned to the store the very next day to explain my dissatisfaction. Instead of offering a return or replacement, they said they would send it to service. I had just bought this device—why should it be sent to service the next day?
Media Markt refuses to take ownership of the issue. I bought a brand-new product and was instantly let down by its quality and inaccurate sales representation. I am requesting a full refund for the amount I paid. I ask that this issue be resolved immediately.
