During those losses, the site worked just fine—no issues whatsoever. But everything changed once I actually won. On Saturday, I deposited ₺20,000 and managed to turn it into a whopping ₺241,000. When I signed up, I was told I could withdraw ₺100,000 twice per day, so I submitted a withdrawal request. It was canceled, and they told me I could only withdraw ₺50,000. I made two successful withdrawals, leaving around ₺141,000 in my account.
Suddenly, I got a message saying my account was under review, and I was blocked from accessing the site. When I contacted customer support, they blamed it on a “system issue” and assured me it would be resolved. But when I woke up the next morning, my entire balance was gone. The excuse? Their risk team flagged my bets as “suspicious.” That’s completely unfair, especially considering I’ve had bigger losses than wins on this account.
