Resumaker AI Charged Me for a Subscription I Never Intended to Sign Up For

I used the Resumaker AI service on resumaker.se and approved what I understood to be a one-time payment of 9.9 SEK to create a CV. I did not clearly understand, nor did I intend, to enter into a recurring subscription of 399 SEK every four weeks.

On March 2, 2026, I discovered that 399 SEK had been charged to my Visa card as a renewal of a premium subscription. In the confirmation email sent to me, it states that my subscription starts immediately for 9.9 SEK and will automatically renew on March 2, 2026, as a recurring service for 399 SEK, billed every four weeks.

This was not what I wanted or expected when I first used the service.

I have already contacted Resumaker AI customer support to cancel the subscription and request a refund, but I have not yet received any response.

I request that my subscription be cancelled immediately and that the 399 SEK charged on March 2, 2026 be fully refunded to my Visa card, since I did not knowingly agree to this recurring charge.
