Renault Captur 1.3 TCe Battery Fault Light Ongoing Service Issue

I purchased a Renault Captur 1.3 TCe in February 2021 as a new vehicle, and since the first day I bought it, the battery fault light has been coming on. The warning does not stay on constantly but appears from time to time, and despite all my visits to service, the issue has never been resolved permanently. Starting from March 2021, I have been going to the authorized service at Samsun Aziz Atik dealership at least three times every year because of this battery fault light. Each time I take the vehicle in, they somehow turn the warning light off, but after a while it comes back on again. At the current stage, they are no longer able to turn the light off and the problem has become persistent, even though the vehicle has been showing this problem since it was brand new. Given that this chronic issue has been present from the first day and has not been permanently fixed despite repeated service visits over the years, I request a free battery replacement for my vehicle. I expect Renault and the Samsun Aziz Atik authorized service to resolve this problem definitively and to replace the battery without any charge.
