"As of today, Renault Headquarters and Ermat Authorized Service jointly resolved this issue, which I believe I was right about, and remedied my grievance free of charge. I am the owner of a 2021 Renault Megane 1.3 Tce EDC 28,000 km vehicle (firs...t owner). I took my vehicle to Izmir Ermat Authorized Service on 18.06.2025
