Renault Has Lots Of Cars, No Headlights
I'm facing a major roadblock with my 2017 Renault due to the unavailability of headlights. A minor accident left my headlight shattered, and to my surprise, no authorized Renault service center in Turkey has a single piece in stock. They say it has to come all the way from France, leaving me with a whopping 45-day wait time. Meanwhile, they're pushing me to sell the car, but how can I when there are no headlights available? The car is just 7 years old, not 40, and my insurance provides a replacement vehicle for only 14 days. What are we supposed to do for the remaining 45 days? Silence on their end is making the situation even more frustrating.
