Renault Turkey: Extended Repair Delay Causes Customer Frustration
My 2014 Clio had an EDC problem when it was brought to Antalya on July 18. On July 25, I paid 160,000 TL. The part has been three months and still hasn't come. They said it could take one to two years when I called customer service yesterday. They can't say for sure. When I asked France via email for a time range, they said, "We're waiting." I've been waiting for three months, and I don't know how long it will last. My car is the only thing I've invested in. I have been hurt. But I talked to a lawyer about this, and if Renault keeps being vague, I will use my legal rights.
