I just purchased a 2024 model Renault Austral with a disability exemption for my father from Renault Çanakkale Saruhan Otomotiv. After getting the car, I couldn't help but notice some obvious issues with the factory paint job. It's been a mere 2 weeks since the car was delivered, and it has only covered a distance of 1000 km. On May 6, 2024, I brought my car to the Renault Çanakkale Saruhan Otomotiv service center. Paint defects and other faults were discovered, prompting the opening of a file with Renault headquarters. Photos were also sent to document the issues. Even after waiting for contact from the Renault coordinator for 10 days, there have been no calls or investigations made. We were deeply upset by the car's defective and faulty nature, especially since it was purchased for my disabled father's hospital needs. I kindly request Renault to consider replacing our car with a new one and to avoid causing us any additional distress. If there's an unfavorable outcome, I am prepared to explore all available legal avenues, regardless of the length of time it may take. Attached are photos of the issues with the car, which was bought brand new and is only 2 weeks old with 1000 km on it.
