Remitly Transfer Delayed 9 Days—€50 Still Missing

A €50 transfer sent to my account from Greece via Remitly has not been received for 9 days. Despite having the reference number r34148185542 for the transaction, the money is still missing.

During this time, I contacted Remitly customer service multiple times, but each time I was given different excuses and misleading explanations. No information was provided about any additional fees or deductions—my money is simply missing, and no clear solution has been offered.

I request that Remitly urgently investigate this transaction, ensure that the €50 is credited to my account immediately, and provide me with a clear and written explanation as to why this process has been delayed for so long.
