Remitly Transfer Stuck in Limbo — No Deposit, No Refund, 25 Days Waiting
On October 13, 2025, a transfer of 20,000 TL was sent to my Enpara account from abroad through Remitly. However, even though the transfer was canceled, the money has neither been deposited into my account nor refunded to the sender. It has now been 25 days and the issue still hasn’t been resolved.
My transaction reference number is r33 518 454 777. When I contacted Remitly customer service, I was told that the money had been sent to an old Enpara account and that this account was placed under a block. We emailed the necessary documents to have the block removed. I also contacted Enpara, but they said there was no issue on their side and that the matter was related to Remitly.
I paid a 2.99 EUR fee for this transfer. At this point, all I want is for the 20,000 TL to be immediately deposited into my account or refunded. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem, and I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
