Remington Hairdryer Cracked After Warranty Runout
The warranty on my Remington hairdryer has expired, and I contacted the technical service due to a cracked attachment holder. They informed me that they do not provide a spare parts replacement service, but for half the cost, they are willing to take the old device and issue a new one. On August 12, 2023, I submitted the device. It has been more than two months, but the issue has not been resolved. The service says they can't do anything, and the problem is handled at the central office. On October 9, I contacted customer support and included a representative from technical service in the conversation. Since then, I have not received any response. The customer support representative says they have forwarded the issue to their supervisors via email, and they have no other options. Winter has arrived, and I am left without a working hairdryer, with no response from Remington. I am filing a complaint against the company and their indifferent attitude.
