I purchased a Regal CMI 12122 (Vestel) washing machine three years ago, and it has repeatedly developed the same issue of "walking" forward during operation. The first time this happened, we called for service, and a part was replaced. The machine worked fine for a year before the issue returned. Once again, service replaced the same part, and it worked for another year. This cycle has repeated four times despite the machine being under a 7-year warranty.
When the issue recurred for the fourth time, I requested a replacement, but Vestel denied it, claiming "user error." How can the same issue, fixed temporarily with part replacements, be blamed on user error after a year? Vestel is a brand I’ve trusted for years, but this experience has left me deeply disappointed. I demand a proper resolution, either a permanent repair or a replacement, as this ongoing issue is unacceptable for a machine under warranty.
