Reelshort Unauthorized Subscription Charges on My Debit Card

I am writing about unauthorized subscription charges related to the Reelshort application on my Android device, which are being withdrawn from my KBank debit card without my clear consent and without any visible subscription information in the app. The first deduction was on 9 September 2026 at 23:23 in the amount of 214 THB, and the second deduction was on 15 September 2026 at 23:30 in the amount of 294 THB. These weekly charges are shown on my KBank debit card, but within the Reelshort app I cannot see any active subscription or option that explains or allows me to manage or cancel this paid service. I have tried to find a way to cancel in the application, but there is no visible menu or method to unsubscribe, and I never saw or approved any clear subscription screen. I also cannot get a refund option from the app side, even though money continues to be taken from my debit card. I request that all current and future charges related to this hidden subscription be immediately cancelled, and that the two payments of 214 THB and 294 THB that were deducted from my KBank debit card be fully refunded. I would like confirmation that my subscription has been completely terminated and that no further withdrawals will be made from my card.
