Gulf Insurance's Breach of Contract with Wiky Watch for Kids

I bought two smart Wiky Watch SIM card kids' watches from the Teknosa store for my daughters. To avoid any problems, I extended my children's insurance and warranties and even obtained additional insurance coverage. I paid extra for all of this. In the third year, they claimed that the batteries would be replaced for free, and they assured me that insurance, warranty, and additional coverage would cover any type of malfunction or problem. However, one of the watches stopped reading the SIM card. I sent it in for repair, and they informed me that I had removed and reinserted the SIM card incorrectly. Do you constantly remove and reinsert your phone's SIM card? We installed it two years ago and haven't touched it since. They're attempting to blame it on user error by suggesting we unscrew it, which is nearly impossible for a child or anyone else to do. It's disgraceful. That would be one thing if there was water damage or electrical problems, but there isn't. Money is scarce, and I feel duped. Gulf Insurance, I'm a victim. I want my complaints to be addressed.
