When I reloaded the new phone and gave it to my mother again, the photos were deleted by themselves. I took it again and they replaced it with a new phone. I gave it to my mother again. This time, after a week, it had a charging problem. When I went to return it, they said they do not accept returns. I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Board and won, but when I went to get the money, they did not give it back either. Now I will start enforcement proceedings. I am tired of them.
