Rebel Sport Overcharged, Customer Service Refused Refund
Upon reviewing my receipt at home, I saw that I was charged more at the register when I bought the Ell & Voo Women's Averi Marble Set. I decided to resolve the matter over the phone because driving the 45 minutes to and from the store was not an option. But my efforts to fix the problem were unsuccessful. A generic response and a link to their refund policy homepage were provided by the customer support representative. There was no way to fix the problem, they said when I contacted. Although there is a little overcharge of 15%, the underlying issue is troubling. No one I contacted with at Rebel was ready to help or give me my money back. Please take note that I would like to use the discount that was not applied to my last purchase when I make my next purchase.
