Realme GT2 Battery Life Is Terrible

I bought a Realme GT2 phone, but I'm very unhappy with how long its battery lasts. Even though I don't play games or watch a lot of videos on it, the battery barely lasts a day. It runs out of power so fast it's crazy. Most of the time, my phone stays in my pocket, and I use it to make calls and sometimes look at the internet. I don't have any apps running in the background that I don't need. When I called Realme's customer service, they told me to take it to a service center. The time it takes to charge is too long, and I need to find a solution. Realme should either fix this problem with a software update or give me my money back. The way batteries work now is not good enough.
