Realme GT2 Pro Overheating

I'm really, really disappointed with Realme. I've been trying to reach out to them, but their phone number doesn't work, and they never reply to software updates. Also, my Realme GT2 Pro phone gets really hot, like it's on fire. It reaches dangerous temperatures. I don't understand why I ever picked this brand. Their warranty service doesn't exist. I want them to either give me a new phone right away or give me my money back quickly. Come on, Realme, you need to do better! It's really frustrating to have a Realme device and deal with these problems without any decent customer service support.
