My Realme C55 Freezes Constantly and Now Has Touch and Sound Issues After 6 Months

Hello, I purchased the Realme C55 from MediaMarkt about a year ago. Unfortunately, starting around the 6-month mark, I began experiencing serious performance issues. The phone frequently freezes and becomes nearly unusable during regular tasks.

In addition to freezing, the touchscreen has become unresponsive at times, which makes basic navigation incredibly frustrating. And now, there’s a new problem—the sound cuts out randomly or doesn’t work at all during calls or media playback.

I tried reaching Realme support through the contact number listed, but I haven’t been able to connect with anyone. The experience has become more disappointing with time, and I regret choosing this device.
