I bought a Realme GT 2 Pro from the MediaMarkt store at Istanbul Forum, and from day one, the device has had serious overheating issues. On top of that, screen burn-in started appearing early on and has only gotten worse over time. It became so distracting and frustrating that I finally handed it over to the store’s customer service desk on March 6, 2025.
They said they would send it to the service center, but despite the legal repair deadline of 21 business days, I haven’t received any updates—not a single piece of information. I started researching and discovered many users online reporting the exact same screen issue. It’s clearly a known, chronic hardware problem.
I requested a replacement, but all I’ve been met with is silence. No action from MediaMarkt, no communication from Realme, and total negligence from KVK. I’m tired of being ignored after spending ₺ on a defective product.
I demand an immediate resolution—either provide a working replacement or refund my money. I’m calling out all parties involved for their lack of responsibility and failure to support customers who trusted them. Fix this now.
