I’ve been using my Realme 10 Pro+ 5G for two years without a single complaint. The battery life, performance, camera, and temperature control were all excellent—until just a few days ago. Suddenly, the phone's behavior changed drastically. Now, the battery drains within a single day, the device heats up excessively, and the camera shows everything with a lag, making it almost unusable.
This all seems to have started after a recent system update, which I now regret installing. If this is what updates bring, it’s harming more than helping. I was seriously considering upgrading to a newer Realme model, but at this rate, I’m ready to return to Samsung, where I never faced such issues.
What’s even more concerning is the intense overheating—to the point that I’m worried the device might actually become a safety hazard. I’ve handled this phone carefully, never dropped or mishandled it, so these issues are clearly software or system-related.
Realme needs to fix this immediately with a proper update or offer support for affected users. I loved this phone, but it’s becoming a risk and a letdown. Please don’t leave your loyal users in the dark—acknowledge the issue and fix it now.
